Options including becoming a shareholder or getting a 10-year pass for two to all Rovers games for a £5,000 donation.
The club's immediate headache is to find £42,000 it owes in tax.
Rovers' form has recently picked up, but the side still lie 20th in the Blue Square Premier, just one point of the drop zone.
An appeal to casual fans to attend more games saw a respectable 1,043 crowd watch the win against Altrincham on Saturday, including a number of visiting fans from other local clubs who showed their support wearing their own teams' colours.
Chairman Trevor Horsley said: "If people can support us in the remaining games like they have in the past then we'd be able to get rid of the revenue."
The club's five key money-raising objectives are:
• A search for shareholders for as little a stake as £100.
• Enrolling members for the Supporters Trust or the Supporters Club.
• Free entry to Rovers league and pre-season games for two people for 10 years in return for a one-off donation of £5,000.
• A competition for the best fund-raising event by a supporter with a season ticket as a prize.
• A push to get extra events held at the club-owned Five Valleys Conferencing Centre.
